	Personnel

	Our personal and professional roots are in the manufacturing sector. Our founder, William Bultman, started his career as a Certified UAW Welder in a bus manufacturing plant while attending Purdue University.



	After Graduate School, he spent six years in operations and staff positions with Union Carbide in its Industrial Gas/Welding Division and then 15 years with Touche Ross in its Management Consulting Division becoming a Partner in 1980. At Touche Ross he specialized in working in under-performing/troubled company situations, operations improvement and M&A activities. He later spent six years with a major international holding company as the head of its M&A function where he did numerous successful acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. He also was President/CEO of several of their troubled manufacturing business units. He founded WCB&CO. in 1991 and has acted as President/CEO or Senior Advisor in numerous value enhancement, turnaround, restructuring and asset recovery situations. He holds a B.S. Degree from Purdue University in Industrial Management/Computer Science and an MBA in General Management from Butler University. Over 30 years of experience primarily in the manufacturing sector.
